A solid foundation for gross motor development requires more than just tummy time. In this course, Dr. Emily will teach you dozens of age-appropriate play ideas so you can promote on-track development during the newborn stage.
This class is designed for kiddos ages 0-4 months old and includes:
- Introduction to the four play positions for newborns: tummy time, vertical play, sidelying play and back play
- Advanced play ideas for ages 12 weeks & up
- Tips for plagiocephaly and torticollis prevention
- Overview of handling techniques
- Newborn milestones to look for

Once you purchase the 4th Trimester Master Class, you’ll receive information via email on how to join our 4th Trimester Facebook group. The goal of this group is to give first-time parents and parents of newborns peace of mind during the first few months of parenthood.
The 4th Trimester Facebook group will serve as:
- a space to connect with other parents navigating the newborn phase
