You read that right! In order to properly sit + crawl, your little one has to have a strong core supporting them! Tummy circles are one of my favorite ways to get those lower tummy muscles firing 🔥 … but only when done correctly!

Watch your little one’s legs during this activity to ensure they’re working the right part of the body. Repeat 2-5 times in each direction a few times a day - purposeful play made SIMPLE 🙌🏼✨

If you have a hesitant walker then these activities are for you. Remember, your child needs to be able to BALANCE before WALKING.

TIPS
⭐️Make sure toes are pointed forward for balance exercises.
⭐️Try NOT to provide hands for support. Use external support like a ring or broom stick

⭐️🎶 Sing songs, blow bubbles, let them put on beaded necklaces or talk in a pretend microphone... all ideas to keep them upright. -
