Hi! My name is Krista Armstrong and I am a pediatric physical therapist in the Rochester, NY area. I provide home-based and clinic based visits at a time that is convenient for you. I worked in early intervention and outpatient pediatric physical therapy settings before opening up my own private practice. I primarily serve infants and children 0-5 years old. I am most passionate about treating plagiocephaly/torticollis, developmental delays, and pediatric pelvic floor conditions.

I believe that movement is an incredibly important and is incorporated in almost everything your baby/child does, from feeding and eliminating wastes, to breathing, sleeping, and PLAYING! Building optimal movement patterns support all of these necessary and vital functions begins the very first day and continues across the lifespan. I enjoy empowering and educating parents in gross motor development so that they can watch their child THRIVE!
