Starting July 20th, Michelle Little, PT, DPT, OCS of womeninmotion_wellness and I are once again partnering to teach a 6 week course centered on Postpartum and the building blocks your infant needs for a healthy start. This program is designed to help both you, the momma, and your new little. For $225, you’ll receive material for both you and your little along with the ability to chat with both of us individually throughout the 6 weeks.

Each week, Michelle will provide you with 3 simple restorative exercises you can do in the comfort of your own home. These exercises, and this portion of the program, will help you on your way to getting back to being YOU.
You can expect Michelle, a Pelvic Health Physical therapist, to cover topics related to postpartum life. The course will spend time teaching you how to restore your core and get back to exercises like running, as well as bone health and even pre menopause. Michelle will of course spend time on your pelvic floor and pain, along with Q & A time to ask your most pressing questions.

During the same time, I will be teaching you simple motor activities that can fit easily into your daily routine. Throughout the course, we will cover topics like tummy time, rolling, and crawling. We will even spend some time on plagiocephaly, known as “flat head,” potty training and the “janky crawl”! In addition to Q & A time for every topic, we will again have one week allowing you to ask any questions about your little’s development, related to our focused topics or not.
By the end of the six weeks, you will be armed with a number of tips and tricks, as well as some of my favorite exercises to help your little with their development. As always, I keep it the exercises and tips simple and practical, enabling you to fit them in to your busy momma life.
